Across almost any industry one fact remains a constant: companies rip each other off all the time. But usually they take the time to tweak shit or at least mask it so it’s not a total and blatant knock-off. Not so in this case, where a bike designer for Kestrel (think high end space age type frames), posts some damning evidence of his designs being jacked by another company on two occasions. After reading through and seeing the side by side examples, common sense says this dude has a case. Moral of the story: make sure you’ve got your patents squared away.
