As if live wasn’t hard enough for Kenneth Afflolte, who was sentenced for more than five years for manufacturing weed laced candies with lampoon candy labels, Hershey and Co. is suing the dude for copyright infringement, trademark dilution and unfair competition. They’re asking for $100k. Without being armed with any kind of legal knowledge whatsoever, one thing is for sure, these weed laced candies pictured above are total parodies, just look at the labels, not to mention them being packed with sweet tasty THC. Hershey is basically pissed that Kenneth marketed his fun filled candy bars with look-alike labels:

The Hershey Co. has sued Affolter, 40, for giving his forbidden marijuana munchies names like Stoney Rancher, Rasta Reese’s and Keef Kat. Each came in packaging similar to Hershey’s Jolly Rancher, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Kit Kat candies.

And just was thinking he was having a really bad bad, it actually got worst:

Papers were served on Affolter while he was in a county jail awaiting transfer to state prison.

Hershey should back off and enjoy it’s big press hit. Dude will be more than paying his debt to society for having to actually serve half a decade in prison for selling some weed candy.
