To hype a new twice-daily bus service from New York to Toronto ingeniously titled “NeOn,” one-way fares are being offered for a dollar. The upside: Each bus sports free Wi-Fi, TVs for DVDs, and power outlets. The downside: It’s a 10-hour drive and the $1 ticket is not roundtrip. Still sound doable?
