The Supreme Court refused to hear an eminent domain challenge to Bruce Ratner’s $4 billion Atlantic Yard development deal. Opponents claim the plan ot build a NBA sports arena and 16 buildings will benefit the developer not the public, thereby violating the Constitution. Justices did not agree. |NYP|
