What If the ‘New York City Waterfalls’ Were In the East Village?

Not only are they stunning, but would also do that neighborhood a world of good. Could you imagine if this is what breakfast at Veselka was like? Plus, the massive amounts of runoff could be funneled onto St. Mark’s, one of many locales that could use a prolonged purging flood. |EVP|
