Thankfully, Vanity Fair Italy has behind the scenes photos from this year’s shoot, photographed by the legendary Peter Beard, starring Mariacarla Boscono, Daria Werbowy, and Isabeli Fontana, all running around on some African grassland “In these new photos, Mariacarla, barely clad and dangerously dangling from Cathy [an elephant]‘s tusks, is more beautiful than ever. In fact the pictures show the famous model lying naked on the ground with these huge elephants throwing mud all around and we must admit that girl was rather brave, not a bit afraid of what was going on!
