With this week’s news about the GOP spending $150,000 on clothes and makeup for Sarah ‘Eliza Doolittle’ Palin, the illustrator wasted no time depicting the Alaskan governor’s elitist shopping spree—which ordinary hockey moms around the country weren’t so happy about. Saunders does a great job of keeping up with the 24 hour news cycle, churning out portraits, of media sensations like Joe the Plumber, Fareed Zakaria (scroll down), and both presidential candidates. Her website offers quite an entertaining collection of images from media elites to Zimbabweans and pretty much everyone else in between.
