Kanye Hates the Fader’s Cover
No wonder Kanye West is always having all sorts of problems with photographers—from LAX to London—when music magazine and Cornerstone marketing tool, the Fader, can’t even shoot a good photo of him for the cover of their special 10th anniversary issue. Last week, ‘Ye offered up this criticism of the hideous close-up of him that the once relevant publication ran with: “FOR THE RECORD I LOVE THE FADER BUT I FUCKING HATE THIS COVER!” Fader founder and PR savvy marketing bitch Rob Stone, probably sensing that this could hurt the mag, spun the incident as a plus, telling the Post: “In ’03 the Fader was Kanye’s first ever cover. We all know how critical and precise he can be. So he loves [the magazine] and hates the cover. From an artist of his stature, we’ll take that any day.”
