Shutterbug Tom Stooddart won fourth place in the annual Taylor Wessing photo contest with this slightly morose image of Rupert Murdoch, commissioned by Time magazine during the tycoon’s $5 billion play for Dow Jones. The awards were announced on November 4th at the National Portrait Gallery in London.
