Peter Fuss, the Polish artist responsible for creating the oversized “Who Killed Barack Obama” billboard has a new body of work, aptly titled “Pictures for Poor and Rich” that is worth money, literally. Fuss incorporated actual greenbacks into the piece, which could be the only way to ensure a good investment in a tanking art market. In keeping with the traditions of the Treasury Department’s wastefulness and an inevitable inflation rate, the work is priced 10x the actual value of the bills.
