Dumbell, Finger, Pipe waters
Pissed off at the way bottled water products are over marketed, a collective of “entrepreneurs, beverage guys, and general marketing minds” collaborated to create a slightly less obtrusive brand of H2O. Hoping to fight water with water, Brandlessbrand describes its bottle as a “consumer-product canvas” highlighted by minimalist design style barcodes that designers can submit and if approved, produced. It’s all being done in an effort to “see if a mash-up between beverages+brands +design + crowdsourcing can make waves,” or something. However, despite the clean looking logos, it’s got nothing on Tap’dNY—they’ve managed to market the city’s tap water.
