Looks like the Denver police are taking cues from the NYPD and using a political convention in town as the perfect reason to overreact against mostly peaceful protesters. In this clip, a cop dressed in full riot gear violently knocks down a Code Pink protester with his baton. The woman turned out to be Alicia Forrest. After she regained her composure and started talking to reporters, police swooped back in, dragging the woman away and arresting her. |RMN|
