This morning, 9 small-timers were arrested in the Bronx and Manhattan for importing cocaine from Puerto Rico in boxes filled with children’s toys. Drugs were packed with Legos, puzzles, and toddler’s tool sets. Associates in PR shipped the yayo Express Mail using the USPS. Unfortunately for the DEA, the five-month investigation only netted 4 kilos (8.8 lbs) and a little over $86,000 making this is a kiddie bust for a half-year investigation.
