DSCN0313.JPGThe Fashion Institute of Technology wasn’t messing around yesterday in that promptly dispatched public relations email, proclaiming how drug free its campus is in the wake of two chuckling students getting arrested for possessing and dealing cocaine—after a night in jail they weren’t laughing anymore. Officials claimed it was an isolated incident and to prove it, the school forced all students entering the C Building, to a bag search helmed by a private security team dressed in all black that included canine units.

According to a student that attends, this is the first time they ever had to open their bags for inspection. And now that the drug problem has been completely eradicated, officials can get back to more pressing matters, like convincing people it’s a legit school in the first place.
