The American Indians still can’t catch a break from the white man. The City is suing the smokes shops situated on the Poospatuck Indian Reservation for allegedly selling shitloads of tax-free cigarettes to “bootleggers, who then smuggle the cartons off the Long Island reservation and resell them throughout the metropolitan area.” |AP|
