On Fulton Street in Brooklyn, the cameras are rolling on “Notorious,” the biopic about legendary rapper Biggie Smalls. They must be shooting his adolescence since they broke out the old school yellow and blue New York license plates for the later model cars lining the block, including this red 3-series BMW sporting a “Money” vanity plate. According to a swift moving PA who really didn’t have time to chit-chat, this is Puffy’s whip in the movie—in real life Sean “Puffy” Combs is executive producing the film.
