Continuing their assault on area resident’s rights to party, police seized a tractor trailer with 400 pounds of cocaine in the Bronx—worth a supposed $16 million—in hidden compartments under the cargo floor. After 10 hours of searching the truck an unable to find the drugs, a special X-ray device was brought in courtesy of Homeland Security—they apparently have all the neat toys—that revealed the elaborate smuggling system. Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget Brennan thinks that more of these modified trucks could be on the road. Ya think?
