LV’s Fake Graffiti Line To Include Overpriced Skateboard

Not only did dead artist and designer Stephen Sprouse’s art cover the Louis Vuitton store in Soho with fake dayglow graffiti, but he also replicated the gimmicky handstyle on skateboards that come in trunks and sell for $8,250. Apparently, poor taste comes at a high price for this downtown collection. |WWD|

  1. Stephen Sprouse (September 12, 1953 – March 4, 2004). Sprouse licensed by his estate – he didn’t “make” these or cover the LV store.

  2. i bet he would just die for one of these.
