Raed Jarrar was attempting to board a JetBlue plane wearing -shirt that prominently featured Arabic script and the words “We will not be silent” small in English. But a TSA official and a representative from the airline barred him access unless he agree to cover the “offending t-shirt.” He eventually gave in and caught his flight, but the ACLU later sued both entities on his behalf. |NYP|
