Franklin & Marshall Abandon Design, Go Right for Copy and Paste

Italian-based collegic apparel brand, Franklin & Marshall—think fancy Abercrombie and Fitch—released their new collection that included this blatantly stolen t-shirt design (pictured right) from Grotesk (pictured left). He originally created the image for a brand called Sixpack over a year ago. Besides ripping off the concept, they took it a step further and “even rescaned some of my freehand type,” according to the graphic designer. Maybe it’s the economy or something, but this appears to be happening a lot lately.
