Staple Highlights Hip Hop Icons for Hood Points

Ping-pong champion and pigeon recycling designer Jeff Staple adds his two cents to the ever growing trend of slapping rappers on t-shirts for the streetwear brand’s latest collection. Included in the Spring 2009 range are homages to Hip Hop heavyweights Jay-Z, Nas, and the Notorious B.I.G, as a set of “highlighter tees.” Don’t expect block-huggers to be flooding the Reed Space anytime soon.
