GM has regained the top position for automobile manufacturers.
This is after filing bankruptcy about two years ago. Toyota overtook General Motors for the number one spot in 2009.

Apparently Volkswagen is claiming that it, not General Motors, is the largest auto manufacturer, because it claims General Motors is improperly adding the profitability of its partners in China.

All in all, being a bankruptcy attorney, it is important to follow stories like this as it proves that bankruptcy provides corporations a fresh start.

The Most important challenge GM faces is to win back the trust of the tax payers. Giving away billions of tax payer money is not going to go under good sights of the consumers
