What about the safety of all the other people on the train? Why would she come on the train with a sick dog to begin with? She should have been charged for animal cruelty for not taking the sick dog to the vet. They say that people should not come on the train sick and there are clear signs up all over the stations about sick passengers exiting the train and waiting for help on the platform. Should this not be the case for a sick passenger who happens to be a dog? This woman disobeyed the law and should be treated just like anyone else who disobeys the law. There is no reason why this officer should not arrest her. She does not deserve special treatment. She was not cooperative, refused to provide ID and aimed at attacking the officer's personal religious values. Officers are out there trying to protect the public and people need to realize that this woman was not acting in the public's best interest. In any other state, the laws may have been a lot harsher in regards to the way this woman acted. This lady should have been locked up. What about the safety of all the other people on the train? I mean I know the trains got alot of crazy's but a speech language pathologist who lives in Williamsburg wouldnt be on the top of that list. I just hope that if it is true the cop gets fired and fined. Who cares if he became New York's first Hasidic cop, hes a cop who molested a woman while telling her he was going to treat her like a woman. So its okay for a cop to get away with sexual harassment?
