I loaded Kaspersky on my laptop and had nothing but problems. I spoke to someone and followed up with an email. Two week later I still had not heard from them and went and bought another manufactures product. A week later I received an email saying they were ready to help me, I replied that I could not wait that long to address an issue on my work laptop and I never received another email or contact from them. Not even a sorry. So, if Jackie Chan has a problem then it is associating his name with a crap product which could be the same as selling out for the almighty dollar or yen in his case.
