The idea as I see it is to quote both Tommy Dewar as opposed to Q.T. The first image quotes Tommy Dewar as saying: "It does not matter what a man stands for, important is what kicks him down" to which the Inglorious Quentn says: "Our weaknesses tell more about us than our achievements" The second one is no way better: T.D.: "There are two kinds of people: the ones that plan to do something and the ones that actualy do" Q.T. "In the very start not many people believed in us, did they?" SO to conclude, the third one is as follows: T.D. "Do not do anything, do not say anything, be nothing - only than may you escape criticism" Which obviously inspired Quentin to say: "The winners are not loved by many, aren't they?" Cheesy. That’s easy, although cheesy.
