Nudity Isn’t Lewd When Done In the Name of Art!

Prosecutors dropped their case against the young woman, who has a history of getting naked, claiming they couldn’t prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. Or in layman’s terms, public nudity is full protected under the law—especially if it’s artsy. |NYP|
