Well it's not like the NY Daily News is tough competition for the Post, have you read their articles? When describing a crime scene they have been known to incorporate really unprofessional street slang and leave out crucial details. The gist of a typical article: "The cops was hot on this thug who dropped a biscut in a dumpster sumwhere in the West Village yesterday. 5-0 chased him thirteen blocks but he got away. No suspsects been found so far but some snitch went ahead n told the cops the shooter drove off in a dark colored Impala." I wouldn't be surprised if most of their top writers are actually unpaid interns bumping to Nas while Googling their latest 'break'. Good for Ashley for landing such a gig, it's EXACTLY the type of thing she should have commentary on.
