Designers Help Vandals Protect Environment
A couple South Korean designers have an idea to minimize the damage caused by graffiti writers and other aerosol artists. The Color Dial Spray is a concept proposed by Kim Youngsuk and Kim Woosik that uses four refillable cartridges to reduce waste as compared to an empty rattle can.
The design, which resembles a shampoo bottle, also offers customizable CMYK color through a twist cap that changes the paint’s hue and brightness. However, the can is only a concept for now, so environmentally-minded artists and vandals will have to keep dreaming. |Red Dot via Yanko Design|
