NYPD’s Taxi Decoys Get Snowed In

Most New Yorkers—well the ones that aren’t originally from Philly—are aware that the NYPD patrols around in taxicabs. Anyhow, thanks to this weekend’s snowstorm, here’s a few that won’t be making the rounds in Times Square for at least another day or two.
