Toronto Street Artist Pulls Strings for ‘Free’ Installation

After gardening illegal ads into “Poster Pocket Plants,” artist Sean Martindale continues creating public art, albeit with permission. The Toronto-based artist recently spent 24-hours threading a “Free” installation in the city’s Grange Park, sanctioned by the Art Gallery of Ontario.
Pieces of string, tied 44-feet between chainlink fences, outline Martindale’s letter piece which is planned to last until “the city’s squirrels and birds chew away the string for their nests. |Torontoist|
