Over the weekend a video circulated across the conservative corners of the internet featuring Montana Senator Max Baucus, fresh from trying to nominate the member of his staff he left his wife for to be a U.S. attorney, slurring all over the place during a speech he gave during the health care debate. Conservatives are charging that Baucus was shit-faced when he gave the speech.
