The mayor of a suburb outside of Sydney, Australia was told that she’s not allowed to personally clean graffiti off of light poles or post boxes or any of the “state and federal owned infrastructure” reports the Mosman Daily. It’s considered a safety risk and is therefore it’s illegal—just like the vandalism itself.
However the State Government has a plan to eventually buff the graffiti. How? Volunteers! When? Next year, on Graffiti Action Day of course. |Mosman Daily|
