I think the movie is Kick-Ass and the character is Hit Girl and this is her teaser, isn't it?
@Nat: Yes the movie is called Kick-Ass from the Marvel published comic bearing the same name. Hit Girl is one of the lede characters as is Kick-Ass aka the dude in the green tights.
