Back on November 4th, in addition to choosing for President, the good liberal voters of Massachusetts decided by state referendum to decriminalize the possession of an ounce or less of cannabis. The law officially takes effect tomorrow, January 2nd, and the state has issued some guidelines to both the public and the police.
