Ever heard of the “Breakthrough” sculpture at Westminster College in Missouri? Comprised of graffiti covered slabs from the Berlin Wall measuring 11-foot-high by 32-foot-long, the piece was a gift to the college from Edwina Sandys, the artsy granddaughter of Winston Churchill. It was recently vandalized along with other monuments commemorating the iconic British leader. The low quality scribble, with the words “Who Are We?” accompanied by some badly drawn face was pretty toy. As the police look for the culprits, officials are figuring out how to buff the newly painted tags without damaging the the more meaningful graffiti. See a photo of the wall in all glory after the jump.
