The USS New York left Louisiana this morning and is en route to its namesake city. Its bow was built using the crappy steel from the World Trade Center that buckled and collapsed on that frightful day in September. The warship will officially be commissioned by the Navy in New York City on November 7th. |CBS6|

i know you're trying to be funny, but that "crappy" steel that buckled and collapsed on 9/11 was melted down to its raw form, then recast as part of a new steel alloy that has a much stronger composition than it's original shape & form. so it ain't crappy anymore.
It has been far too long since I read something that made me proud to be an American. I am a very very patriotic fool but the news lately has been so crappy (even the MSM) that this lifts me up.
I wonder why this isn't a big deal in the media? Are they trying to keep spirits down so people will mindlessly accept whatever the government doles out?
