While it’s true that global warming is a threat to national security and rising sea levels will ultimately flood almost all of the coastal populations on the planet, NYC especially, it’s not all bad. With the Earth scheduled to start “shifting back towards conditions that will ultimately lead to another ice age” any minute now, at least there’s some solace in humanity’s ability to keep the planet toasty: “Due to greenhouse gas emissions the Earth has already warmed as much in about the past 200 years as it ordinarily might in several thousand years.” |ScienceDaily|
