Over the weekend, flower-painting street artist Michael De Feo opened an outdoor gallery exhibition in the Lower East Side. Continuing his series of self-portraits installed internationally, De Feo unveiled “New Territories,” a series of four paintings on antique maps, his symbolic “way of going ‘all city’ or painting the entire world.” The squiggly installation is on view through December at Woodward Gallery’s Project Space, a rotating street art exhibit across from the 132 Eldridge Street gallery.
