Not surprisingly, completion of the Second Avenue subway, a work in progress for nearly forty years, will be delayed once again. At this point, the first phase of the project may not open until 2017 and the final stage likely wrapping up in the 2020s. |NYDN|

Thanks a ton for your post. I’d prefer to write my opinion that the expense of car insurance differs a lot from one plan to another, for the reason that there are so many different facets which contribute to the overall cost. For instance, the model and make of the motor vehicle will have a large bearing on the purchase price. A reliable aged family car or truck will have a lower priced premium than a flashy performance car.
