A MTA subway operator not only allowed a young boy into the cab, but left him unattended, a witness to the Sunday joyride says. 53-year-old Nessa Hampton tells the Daily News that the motorwoman, now suspended along with the train’s conductor, left the kid at the controls as she stepped off the stopped 4 train to speak with a colleague at Union Square. “Suppose he touched something and the train started moving.
