092909Delta1jm A flock of kamikaze geese bloodied up the nose of a commercial airliner yesterday as it made its approach towards La Guardia Airport, but couldn’t bring it down. They did leave one hell of a dent though and a bloody trail of evidence “all the way up the windshield” according to an airport worker. While the birds were successful in smashing up the front of the plane, the engines weren’t damaged, and the flight from Boston landed without incident. And now that the birds’ intentions are clear, another massive goose hunt seems pretty inevitable. |NYP|
