We’re not sure if the cops are doing anything illegal here or if the peaceful Indian man’s meddling questions were inappropriate, but the whole ordeal just feels a bit wrong. Between the shrieking woman, who was in the process of being placed under arrest, and the overly-aggressive, chest-jabby Asian cop, watch communication spectacularly breakdown at the Herald Square subway station on Friday night.
