If you thought Wu Tang was the only rap act being used in order for streetwear brands to move some units, you’re more naive than Nike was when Jeff Staple told them he’s only doing one “Pigeon” design. Truth is, second-rate streetwear brands who have yet graduated from shitty t-shirts to shitty cut and sew are using rappers like Kanye West and Lil Wayne in order to sell their shirts to the out-of-the-loop youth.  Just by doing a short browse-around, we’ve found t-shirt designs taking inspiration from lyrics and rappers that would make real street-fashion visionaries hang themselves with Starks shoe laces.
