Additionally, officials claim there were illegal blood transfusions and use of “hardcore medicines.” Although they’re not naming names, yet, the Guardian reports that “up to 40 riders were identified as suspicious” and the agency is re-testing “riders who finished in the top 20.” |Guardian|
