There was some speculation going into last night’s State of the Union whether or not we’d have a moment similar to Joe Wilson’s “You lie!” moment during Obama’s health care speech last year. Well, it wasn’t as obvious, but Justice Alito showed his ass last night when he broke traditional Supreme Court SOTU protocol and reacted visibly to Obama’s criticism of a recent ruling by the court.
