Today is Cinco de Mayo or the time of year when Mexicans remember the time they kicked the shit out of the French in 1862. Anyway, it’s widely celebrated across the United States, in Arizona California especially, and so Governor Schwarzenegger smartly tweeted a holiday greeting and this photo to his Spanish-speaking constituents.
