Heaps of animal corpses, jars of fetuses contorted from Agent Orange, domestic wars, plastic obsessions — these are the Disquieting Images on view now at the Triennale in Milan.

260 photos unwillingly trace the trajectory from the censored photographs of the Vietnam War that changed the course of history, to the easily accessible images of war-ravaged Iraqi people that bounce off the calloused, apathetic eyes of too many Americans. “Disquieting Images,” group show, Oct 19 – Jan 9, Triennale, Milan
