With a wide curatorial grasp on artistic obsessives from Maya Deren to Shirin Neshat to Dash Snow, the James Cohan Gallery’s group show “The Tell-Tale Heart (Part 2)” explores the “dissolute scenarios” of emotional turmoil as fed through the lens.
