Confused.com is a UK clearinghouse for buying car and home insurance. Last week, they bubble-wrapped Somerville Road (renaming it Accident Avenue) in Worcester, a street they claim has had one of the highest insurance claim rates (per capita, I guess) in England over the last five years. That’s an awfully tiny street to have had so many accidents. Are all the residents 24/7 alcoholics who drive cars without brakes?

Well…that happened. Was it advertising? Art? Environmentally irresponsible (yes)? With less than 2,500 YouTube views as of right now, it sure as shit ain’t PR gold. I prefer these big bubbly bubble gum ad installations. Ad agency: Cake Group, based in London.
