This was the depressing scene this morning at a relatively new Chase bank on Graham Avenue right over Bushwick’s demarcation line into Williamsburg. Despite the dozen or so teller windows, there was almost 30 people waiting on line for over 30 minutes while 3 employees worked sluggishly, rivaling only the city’s postal workers in apathy.

I don't understand – how long should this have taken? Less than 1 minute per customer?
Gee Stumpy. The point is there shouldn't be a line at all when 12 teller windows have been installed.
THAT BANK IS ALWAYS LIKE THAT. BECAUSE MOST OF THE PEOPLE JUST GOT OUT OF WOODHULL HOSPITAL AND FEEL LIKE THEY NEED TO REMOVE A LOT OF CASH FOR JIMMY JAZZ
A Clash Re: Nice..;)
Looks like a bunch of n*e*g*ros standing in that line. Oh well.
They should be out playing the lottery!
